FOCUS DAY BUS TRIP TO OLYMPIA- CANCELLED
As we were not able to sell enough seats to fill even half the bus, we must cancel the charter. We still would like to encourage our member units to consider participating in this worthwhile event. If you would like assistance with forming carpools, please contact us at vancouverpta@gmail.com

APPLY NOW FOR A $200. GRANT TOWARDS CONVENTION COSTS!!!
Three $200.00 grants are available towards registration costs of the 2012 WSPTA Convention (Doubletree Hotel Seattle Airport, SeaTac, May 4th- May 6th) to local units in good standing (outstanding dues paid, officers trained). Incoming PTA leaders who will serve as Executive Officers or Reflections, Advocacy, or Membership chairs at their local unit for 2012/13 are invited to apply. Priority will be given to incoming PTA leaders who will serve as unit delegates to Convention and are committed to attending all 3 days of training and voting sessions, and are from schools where at least 60% of the students qualify for free/reduced lunch or do not have adequate funding in the budget to attend. (Forms must be submitted by March 14, 2012- General Mtg. for 2012/13 Elections).
